Option A : La configuration USB directe (Windows)

Idéal pour les petites installations ou les configurations à budget limité. Connectez vos GoPro directement à votre ordinateur Windows en utilisant des hubs USB de haute qualité.

• Best for: 6 to 12 cameras.
• Simplicity: No networking knowledge required; plug-and-play via USB.
• Requirements: High-speed, powered USB 3.0 hubs and a Windows PC with dedicated USB controllers.

Option B : Le réseau distribué (Raspberry Pi)

Pour les installations professionnelles à grand nombre de caméras, Xangle utilise une architecture Serveur-Client. Chaque groupe de 4 à 6 GoPro est connecté à un "Client" Raspberry Pi. Ces clients communiquent avec le serveur maître Xangle via un réseau Ethernet standard.

• Best for: 12 to 100+ cameras.
• Scaling: Virtually unlimited. To add more cameras, simply add more Raspberry Pis.
• Speed: Parallelized file downloading. While one camera is finishing its transfer, the others are already being processed by the server.
• Stability: Offloads the USB connections to Raspberry Pis, preventing Windows USB controller bottlenecks.
