Troubleshoot
Route: /troubleshoot
Diagnostics and reset tools. Only accessible from the desktop app, not from a browser.
Send logs
- Description textarea — Describe the issue as clearly and simply as possible
- Agreement checkbox + Send button
- The content of /config, /logs, /calibration will be sent
Granular reset
- Checkboxes: Settings, Pictures, Logs, Assets, Calibration, Camera order, Task queue, Email queue, License
- Select all / Deselect all
- Confirm button
Other
- Factory reset — Will delete everything from the output folder as well as system files
- Manage working directories — Create a new working directory to start from fresh while keeping existing files as backup
- Purge hidden images/videos
- Reset camera groups
