End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Eric Paré Studio / Xangle  ("the Company") and the user ("you") governing the use of the software and associated services provided by the Company.

1. License Activation and Usage
1. Licenses are provided immediately upon completion of payment through our online store, which operates in an automated manner.
2. Users are responsible for self-activating licenses within 60 days from the date of delivery.
3. Licenses are non-refundable and non-downgradable.
4. Starter, Basic, and monthly licenses cannot be upgraded.
5. Yearly-pro licenses (specifically XangleCS) can be upgraded by applying remaining period credits towards a new license, accounting for the number of cameras.
6. Each license is valid for use on one computer. Users may log out from one computer at any time.
7. Licenses cannot be shared across different companies.
8. Transferring, selling, renting, leasing, sub-licensing, reverse engineering, modifying, or using the code to create derivative works based on the software is strictly prohibited.

1. Information collection
   Xangle may collect information from you when you use the software. Such information includes your credentials validation date/time, IP address, computer configuration, and software version. This information is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services related to the software.

1. Additional Terms and Responsibilities
1. Users are responsible for testing and mastering the software for their equipment prior to events / productions.
2. Support is exclusively provided through our online documentation.
3. The Company is not responsible for any third-party services used in conjunction with our software (e.g., SendGrid, Esper software, picpicsocial, etc.).
4. None of our images or videos may be used without our written authorization.

1. Agreement and Termination
1. By using the service, you agree to abide by the conditions outlined in this EULA.
2. The Company reserves the right to terminate any license that does not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

This EULA represents the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Québec, Canada.

By using the software and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the software and must promptly uninstall and cease usage of the software.
